Devils Mountain in Berlin, Germany

Yep, that’s right. Devils Mountain. Or in German: Teufelsberg.

Teufelsberg is the result of moving ridiculous amounts of debris from the western remains of Berlin after the second World War. Everything dumped upon what should have been the Nazi military-technical college. All that debris summed up to a hill measuring 120 meters above sea level. And up there, on the top, a U.S. listening station was built and being used during the cold war. Today it’s an odd combo of museum, graffiti exposition, party place, viewpoint, war museum… and enduro hill…

Myself and Micke get the chance to explore it by bike 😊
